J11 pushes eligible users to click the banner (4,755 met). J12 catches those clickers and nudges them to upload documents. J11 feeds J12 — the 1,112 overlap confirms this handoff.
J12 converts 49% better to disbursement
19.5% vs 13.1% disbursement rate. Expected: J12 users already clicked the banner (self-selected intent). The bottleneck is entry → loan screen (17–25%); once there, ~79% complete.
Both journeys are structurally identical
